Stella I chose pile 1 which was spot on how my job let me go smh! I was preparing dinner while listening and decided to allow pile 2 to play and it’s currently what’s happening with my family … I am so glad I told them I’m volunteering for Thanksgiving lol cause they just asked me to go to a big event a few states away. Pile 3 is about my best friend? Questionable whether they are actually my friend at this point lolol basically she was going through stuff and we interacted, I tried to have a conversation asking her why she was texting me in a formal manner. everything I said to her was either going through 1 ear and out the other or it triggered her. And then she said something like "yeah you know what you said earlier displeased me" and that word completely threw me for a loop. So I snapped and said "I was not aware that our relationship required us to please each other, are you my mom or my master?!" this was all through text so she told me "I can't do this through text" and I said "okay, contact me when you have time to talk" 2 months later I find out that apparently my two words to her completely "destroyed her"and as a result she completely ghosted me. when I finally got in contact with her she was trying to set up some weird debate and "solve our issues" like a me tell her all the problems I have with her and then she'll tell me all the issues she has with me. I thought it'd be a normal conversation but the entire time of me talking she'd just say "uh hm go on" with this blank "is that all?" expression. And keep in mind this whole thing was completely unexpected lol cause the only reason I thought she didn't contact me was because she was busy. So I was not prepared to actually have a talk. Then she proceeds to ask me to apologize for my actions even though I explained my whole mental process during our weird text conversation because my actions (the 2 words) "broke her" and "the trust is gone between us" I'm so confused because how can a 15 year friendship be broken by 2 words that started from a misunderstanding from both sides??? So in the end we didn't fully make up. She was balling and said I degraded her and so seeing her cry like that I apologized for making her feel that way. She also asked me to essentially change myself and whether I knew how hard it is for her to have this confrontation with me because she doesn't like confrontation. I was honestly baffled and very hurt by that. A couple days later she texts that our conversation exhausted her and she needs some time and I agreed because I also needed some time. (Keep in mind she has health problems so her emotions do have a heavy impact on her body) Then my birthday comes up a couple days later. And I also so happen to be moving back to Toronto. None of my friends, including my so called best friend visited me or offered to help me move even though I was moving back into town and this year we didn't celebrate my birthday. What can I say? How can I miss someone who treats me like that? Who can abandon me after 15 years. To be honest I was always giving more and never asked her for much because she has health conditions. So to her she's losing someone who supported her through everything and I'm losing someone who I supported through everything. Out of all her friends and family I was the only one who wasn't demanding of her time and effort in some way. Yet she treated me the worst (not badly, just the worst). She's a people pleaser and it's easy to ignore the person who doesn't require anything from you. Honestly I don't blame her but I'm also not dumb enough to jump into that mess and get caught up again. It's a lot easier to live my best life when I don't have to deal with other people 😅 all I can say is that we are all responsible for our own reactions and asking someone to apologize for "degrading" you when they had no such intention is just wacky. Actually asking people to apologize is also just weird. How much value is in an apology you asked for? And if a relationship can be broken so easily then it wasn't worth anything to begin with 😂

I totally agree with you, this friend of yours doesn't sound like a good friend at all.There was a misunderstanding that could have been resolved with an amicable conversation where difference could have been exchanged in a respectful manner. From what I can understand this was a onesided relationship, with no reciprocity. The Universe revealed who she is to you, you are being guided to a better relationships . @@StellaBeautyTarot well she used to be be very giving (too giving) even to those who didn't treat her well. So she goes through phase of blowing up internally and then withdrawing of her energy from people. Let's just say I get burned too despite not doing anything against her. 🤷🏻‍♀️ What I don't get is why she's asking me to take responsibility for her feelings. I thought we both understood that we have to take responsibility for our own feelings and emotions but apparently not. But yes at the end of the day, it's has stopped being a reciprocal relationship. I'm not going to hang on to it. And without her being a big part of life it feels so much easier giving to people who I'm not close with. Coworkers, people I've just met extra. It genuinely feels lighter to give probably because I used to subconsciously dedicate a lot of my energy to her so I had no room for others.
