What is Betrayal Trauma and are you a victim? Part one of A Series

I have learned that some of us going through a divorce have more than the average recovery time. This could be due to many factors, but one such factor is Betrayal Trauma. After listening to a video on this trauma, I found myself thinking this could be what happened to me.
This is one of a 4 part series that will focus on Betrayal Trauma. Today we will start with the definition and then move on from there.
