Thing about Bleach is that the cast is so big that many characters won't make the roster sadly. Like I would love to see Tosen but unfortunately he isn't popular or relevant to the new arc. That's why the Dark Souls was so cool because they had pretty much everyone while also giving them unique special. Also, Gremmy definitely should be on the roster because that's Kenpachi's biggest fight

If the game only covers TYBW then I can understand that but if its the entirety of Bleach then there's no way he isnt getting added. In Bleach, if they have to at least consider balancing the ratio of "Heros to Villians". There are a ton of notable soul reapers and if they go out of their way to add the Espada which is very likely then of course Gin and Tosen will be in there. But honestly I would love to have more of a party fighting game where everyone is playable first, then Bleach Fighterz next

The roster could easily hit 40. They could also add alternate character slots for characters like Zaraki, Unohana or Ichigo in their different forms.

I think that if a bleach game were to be made, it wouldn’t be based solely off the TYBW arc because it wouldn’t be as accessible to new players. Instead I think that the roster would be split into soul reaper, arrancar, then quincies. The story could be a non canon story that brings all the characters together in some way

Nonononono....I really don't like non canon stories for anime fighting games... Maybe as a DLC but it's like you said, you want new players to get into this and to have a story that involves characters from all different arcs of bleach mashed into one story would bring so much confusion to people that are unfamiliar with those characters and would give too many characters to introduce at once. I do think it's just better to try and fit as much of each arc as you can within the story. iirc naruto added new chapters over time so I don't think people would mind having everything up to the Xcution Arc told in story form and then getting TYBW chapters added on after the fact as it'd be a visually different retelling of an already hyped up season that would keep people engaged with the game long term.

Kenpachi is in here so we should have Unohana... As well as Isshin/Masaki (sorry Ryuken). I would also consider Quilge despite his fight being a bit of a letdown in the anime. He remains an important character in the setup of this arc, not to mention his fusion with Ayon providing crazy potential for this character in a game like this. It'd be nice to have exclusive one-time boss fights with minor characters like White. Like they did with Komamura in Soul Resurrección. This way you can at least play against characters that might not make it into the game. Though people will probably beg for those characters to be added anyway lol...so it prob won't work.

For Shunpo, i think it should be some kind of meter that lets you do about 4 shunpos when at max bar. Something like Sin Kiskes Stamina Bar from GG Strive. That way, you can decide if you want to use all of them for one big combo, leaving you open in neutral and block strings or save a few to be safer in neutral.

I still want any decent Bleach game at this point. Lol, i like this concept though. I would like to see a CC2 take on the story. My only thought is Bankai shouldnt be time based, cause it doesnt really run out. Maybe the power of it should be boosted the less health you have. Going along with your setup, this would essentially lock in the Bankai character for the rest of the fight, and if you use it early, its a less powerful version, but could give an early advantage. Aside from that, i like all the ideas as usual.

I think when it comes to Urahara’s moveset you could probably take some ideas from Bleach Brave Souls and any unit of Kisuke. Heck, you take a look at any of these characters' moves from that game and use it for inspiration. Especially their Strong attacks & Specials.

Wow you really did a good job I can’t lie it may be cus I’m an artist and would often imagine what the move set would be like for the various characters in manga I thought up as a kid, but I was able to imagine every character doing moves in my head as the examples played on screen. Even as an artist this is usually difficult for me to do without putting a lot of thought into it. However this time I was able to do it with little to no difficulty at all. Urahara, I think the best fighting style for him would be to actually make him what I called in fighting games a defensive character with hard hitting buttons. For when I think of him, I think of the following. Very deceptively laid back, Hiding how strong he is, then absolutely ruthless in how he hits you. I forgot the official term for it, but there is a type of character that is part grappler but also just normal. I think this fighting style would be great on him. make him appear as a character that looks completely casual and laid back but with intense pressure once he's close. His fighting style often involves when you watch him, using his superb swordsmanship and long-distance attacks as timers to set up a big move or kido spell. But at the same time if he catches you slacking this dude will just flat out slice you in half. I think the best emotion to describe fighting him would be. "suspense filled". Make his Kido moves these big well done grapple animations, then give him things like parrys and defensive tools to use as set ups for either big meaty buttons or his grapples. This would tottally feed into his. "terrifying for you never really know what he's going to do" persona.

Honestly i'd love to see what Cyber Connect do with a Bleach Fighting game in a similiar stlye to Ultimate Ninja Storm. They've shown they can handle swordsmen with the Demon Slayer game, and Bleach characters don't have too many techniques individually, which is why the combo, special, super layout for the attacks would be perfect for it. Also because it's be an arena fighter we could get a bigger roster for it and if they would handle the story mode like the first 3 Naruto UNS games i'd drop that 70 in a heartbeat

urahara could be a really funny character i feel like he could be a paladin from dnf duel type of character but also a glass cannon since he is a master kido he would have some ranged moves and i could see him having a move that cycles between his gigai with each doing something different the first making a clone sort of like sub zero ice clones just without freezing, the second draining meter and the third is weird but could have a random chance of losing the ability to bankai or super or it can buff urahara he can make a wall in front of himself or behind the opponent to box them in with his blood mist shield restrict the movements of the opponent with his binding shikai ability and a counter but Urahara if he were to be serious would be a complex character with a little bit of everything just because of all of his inventions and with how his shikai works either way if this game would be real and have urahara with some of these ideas I would pick him up immediately

Interesting take, but honestly another Tag game doesn't make that much sense to me unless you start with a much bigger roster. DBFZ got away with it, but IDK that Bleach can. Too many characters are love em or hate em types. I'd rather have an install heavy 1v1 game, with different types of install depending on the character/race. It doesn't make a lot of sense to have the Universal mechanic be so varied IMO, it kinda defeats the purpose of it being Universal. Sparking was Universal, no matter what character you picked. If we're having a comeback mechanic (and nothing says we HAVE to), it needs to be something other than an install. I'd lean towards a more traditional burst mechanic similar to Strive's or Metly Blood's. Superdash was also universal, even Videl had it, until Roshi, and he's considered extremely unique. To that end, I think the races having different alternatives to Shunpo would be cool (ie bringer light, sonido, Hirenkyaku), but they should all function as both a neutral tool and a combo extender (or maybe combo ender). I also think having some variety in inputs would be nice, for a change. How about a modern(non-legacy) fighting game with Charge characters? Maybe I'm just too May-brained at this point, but having the different races have charge or other input styles could be very interesting. I'd also have perhaps a slightly broader roster, saving some TYBW characters like Askin for DLC, and adding say Ulquiorra, Ginjo or Tsukishima, etc. One final thing: Since it's not a versus game, can we please have shorter combos than DBFZ? Sure they're fun for the person pulling them off, and they add some skill, but I think we can find a middle ground between the univeral BNB of DBFZ and the 2k 2d special move of Strive.

We just gonna forget about Unohana, human Komamura, and Bambietta? Hell I hate Soifon, Rose, and Kensei, but they still deserves a spot on this list I think. Even Mask De Masculine deserves a spot. And what about freaking Gremmy? Maybe even Pernida (though a giant arm may be hard to build a moveset for, I'll give you that) If they expand even a little bit on Shinji's fighting in the anime, he deserves a spot as well. This roster is wack lol 💀 love you though Globku ❤️. We have waited too long for a next gen Bleach game like this for the whole "less is more" argument. Give me lots and make it truly worth my wait as a lifelong Bleach fan.

i would prefer it as a platformer personaly or a 3D fighter similar to DB tenkaichi's this... i would play for sure! it does miss my favorite characters... but they are either dead or not as important so i can't really complain.... and damn... Bambietta is not as important eh?... kinda sad... (i haven't visited the last arc yet i just happened to have seen her and i liked her looks) now thank you globku for taking my hopes up for a game idea that may never see the light of day.... T_T we need good bleach games T_T i grew with BBB2 and i really loved the game... but yeah... wouldn't call it a "good" game.. (i would still play a BBB3 tho >.> )

I'm torn on Orihime as a playable fighter. One one hand a playable Orihime is always nice. But on the other I can't help but feel its against character for her to be anything but a dedicated support as she is so against fighting she flat out has no offensive moves outside of a pea shooter and a counter attack. everything else she has is either healing or blocking.

Seeing as Bleach hasn't had a proper game I doubt they could just start at the Blood War Arc. I'd take about 3 of these games telling the entirety of Bleach's story. First game Soul Society arc ending with Ichigo getting his combat pass. Second game is Hueco Mundo arc it would be a stretch but Fullbring arc would have to be apart of it maybe even as DLC to the point of Ichigo regaining his powers for the setup of the last game. Finally Thousand Year Blood War with maybe Hell arc DLC.

I probably would've replaced As Nodt with Nel, to be honest. I feel like the effect of the gimmick for As Nodt could easily be the mechanical function of at least two other characters on the roster, and Nel is not only a fan favorite but also it'd be kind of a shame to have ONLY Grimmjow representing the arrancar. Also, not making too much sense but Kon and Yachiru as joke characters would be the bst ideas for joke characters
