That’s fine subscribed you but please make one detailed course on the fire fighting system designed and foam design safety as well with very breath and depth because most of the people throughly familiar with over view information, if we are spending 10 minutes to watch a lecture hence at the same time we can spend 20 minutes as well which will provided us detailed information.

Great work sir, I appreciate your contribution to MEP fraternity. I need your advise on measurement of pipe length, as mentioned in rate analysis we have considered 1 m pipe and 0.15 m length for fittings so we are paying 1.15 m for every 1m pipe. I need your advice that while taking site measurements should we omit the length of fittings and measure only pipe length as the rate of fittings is already covered in 1m length of pipe? Pipe measurement payment shall be included with fittings and during measuring pipe+fittings will be added because fittings install too many, joints more, time consuming and expensive therefore 15% factor included with pipe
