Hello sir I am using a educational app which is available on play store.The app provides variety of question papers with their answer. In one such paper solution i found that there answer was wrong and i am sure about it. So is this a bug? and can i report bug to them related to this? Also will i get something?

A bug is more of a technical issue in an application. A faulty answer is not a bug. If you report a wrong answer, the most you'll get is a thank you email or probably not even that

@@someone-lx8mg Do you want to go for bug bounty hunting? Do you have any experience in Pen testing and cyber sec? if you don't have I would recommend to gain some knowledge using KZbin and then Udemy. If possible then go for CEH as a learning course from Udemy or any other online learning forum, you can also do the certification from EC Council. You need to have full confidence in your learning, and then if money permits, then go for OSCP. Once you gain the knowledge then go for the bug bounty. It is pretty difficult and also it has it's certain limitations. Understand one very important aspect in terms of InfoSec and bug bounty- Everything can be hacked, but everything doesn't have a critical impact, and bug bounty pays depending on the criticality, business and user impact and financial impact. So research as much as you can before going for it full time. I hope I have answered your questions! If you have any further questions, do let me know.
