What about if you have an accident, and need to take it to a body shop to repair and repaint?

Great question. You can bring it up to your insurance that you have a ceramic coating package on it so they can cover the cost when you take it back to the installer once the vehicle has been repaired at a body shop. You can use carfax and the invoice from the shop for proof.

Can you apply on non cleared enamel paint?

Hi, yes it can be applied on non-cleared enamel paint, although it won't be quite as good without a clear coat.

So just curious is there a free top coat you may get re applied once a year or so as part of keeping it maintained or do you have to pay every time at the local installer?
