I don’t know about the US but the EU is working on the so-called Green Deal which is pretty similar to what China is doing. The carbon emissions trading system has been in place since 2005 already in the EU. They actually plan to change it so that companies who have carbon emmisions always have to pay and only non-emission companies do not have to pay. The green deal is also meant to stimulate companies to use and produce green energy. There are also several reforestation projects ongoing including one that intends to plant 3 billion trees. Also all countries that signed the Paris agreement are working towards reaching net zero emissions by 2050. So don’t worry, China is not the only one suffering from climate change and trying to change!

In fact, US's CO2 emission is about the half of amount from 1/4 the population. Which means the ratio of Emission : Population is about twice compare to China. Well, is there any reason to blame the largest factory for emission of CO2? , My South Neighbour and also ourselves, since we're 2nd in the world next to the US.

Shouldn't they be asking the US? Despite being a developed nation, it has done most pollution and continues to be #2 in the world. How about they figure out a way to correct the pollution they already created and stop further polluting the world.
