What is Cognition?

I started on a path a few months back to learn more about how people learn. Most technical trainers are more SMEs on a particular technology than experts in education. I thought it would be good to be both. I compiled the content of a few papers and books I had read to create this video. My intent was to use it as part of a class for new instructor hires. I thought people might find it interesting.
