What is Credit Recovery in High School? In this episode of TenneyTube we answer that question and address the different factors to consider when developing a credit recovery plan. Hello! I enjoyed watching this video. I'm a graduate school student in Korea and I'm writing a report about high school credit system. We're gonna start this system in 2025. Still many parents, students and teachers are worried about the system. For successful process of credit system, how your school or government helps or manage to make various courses and hire many teachers (instructors) to fulfill students' needs?

Thank you for the note. Once a credit system is in place you will see a pattern to when courses are taken and how many registrations. This will allow you to plan and staff for course registrations.

Ive worked my entire 10th grade just so they could put me in summer school. Is there any solutions?

We've found that a large percentage of students don't learn effectively in larger class settings. (by no fault of their own) Have you tried looking into a smaller school? It's possible that the school you're currently at doesn't fit your learning style. It's also worth getting a tutor as well! Getting one at the beginning of the year and having routine meetings with them will help you identify weaknesses in your learning before they become a problem later on in the year.

Is it possible to make it to university if I have to only recover one credit, say math

In this specific case, I would consult your counselor. Universities have different rules on your transcript GPA after acceptance. In most cases it's best to play it safe and enroll in a credit recovery class during the summer.

It's reasonable to make up 2 classes in summer school. If you have missed the time for summer school in your area, online school (including ours: bit.ly/3POFNKW) is a place you can make up the classes to continue school with your peers.
