When were taken on some papers by my sisters and carried her to office on stretchers which was registration office, during mother's leg fracture, mother's name was not as a title on property card of the house wherein my brother had brought me and my child for our shelter. So, can she has any authority (in fact beneficiaries had got will deed done without mentioning my name in it as a beneficiary) to say that according to that injunction case decree, (I fact injunction case was fraudulent as tenant possessed it 90% and remain g two small rooms with cracked wall and falling roof with keys always with mother when alive and after her death, keys are with my brother in law and his wife.. my younger sister, taken from my residing house from mother's room cupboard to push some things from my residing house which was on my late brother's name but recently after 19years of decree my sister and brother in law had got mutated in accordance to decree after 3&1/2 months after taking pressurised signatures from mother when her name was not as title on property card of city survey number house but was my brother's name on property card number house where I was residing in my late brother's house who had brought me and my child for shelter after my husband's early sudden vehicle accidental demise.

Mother Hitler in nature and due to villains as relatives filling mother's ears mimicking like Manthyera and Shakooni-mama of Mahabharat, done by my younger sister and her husband, I. e. my brother in law as well as my mother's son in law. They had son. I was widow daughter with a girl child staying in 'Maikka" I. e. in late brother' s house died without marriage who brought me in his house for shelter due to accidental death of my husband when I was not even 25 years of age and my brother didn't wanted me and my daughter to stay in I laws house as it was small with joint family. Now, my sister's son got married to an American woman and wants to settle there and this sister had taken pressurised sign from my mother on papers in my absence during mother's fractured leg condition carrying her on stretchers to registration office against which mother had complained in police station and to tahashildar, on stamp paper with an affidavit to taluka magistrate and was staying with me during her last senile years.

I and my daughter pulled out from our residing house after few days of mother's funeral because they had mother's registered will and just two year's back sister had mutated her name according to 19 years old voidable decree who and all were not present in spite summons along with other defendants, mother was Exparte but all signed on compromise decree but under pressure, explained in a case complaint in court by another sister. Wriitten in pressurised will deed written by a wrong writer, an advocate friend of my brother in law, as three sisters beneficiaries, made to sign forcefully on compromise decree,... of voidable and coerced injunction case decree. According to voidable decree, entry in mutation including mothers name and one more dead brother's name without mentioning as deceased entered but by giving wrong addresses to the city survey officers of mother's and all others who didn't receive notice from revenue dept., Ciity survey office.

Wish to discuss an void decree injunction case with no interest in it but made to sign under undue Influence and coercion by the head of the family, when under pressure, I signed when I was not knowing what is plaint and plaintiff and whereall I signed. Knew not Marathi terminologies but pressure under undue influence and coercion took hardly few seconds attempt of signing, did work out, also no time was there to read and make understand. Otherwise also the law makers have given daughters or widow-daughters the title of Dhobika kutta, na ghar ka na ghaatt ka. Why the Law makers are after daughters not allowing us to open the previous partition deeds before the year 2004? Why the hell about it, daughters kye tang mye aad daal rahi hai? My condition has become suicidal because of no equal present practical rights, why obstructions in spite late declaration on coparscenary so late in year 2005 which all even don't knew because it was not practical untill 12Agust 2020 Supreme Court milestone declarative judgment of impractical 2005 judgment. Then now at least let the government give us freedom to breathe air freely and die. Govt. is making our suffocation, then why is it against Stree Bhroon Hatya when it is making us to suffocate and die after coming in this world? Government should go back from Ttaang aaddaneka Kaam, better be careful you government or else God will punish you and you will go tl hell,.
