Hi Anna, Hope you recovered well. I need a detailed video about car interior plastic quality, material and more info. I heard that, most cars in India have the same material used. If we park it in direct sunlight area, we may get some smell and people say, it may melt. I am not sure exactly. You have to help me with this. For example, we may have parking in our home either east or west side. So daily sunlight will be there. Also whatever was mentioned earlier, is that true ? How to mantain car from sun light exposure.

Thanks Anna. I am having Urban Cruiser Automatic car. I was faced D drive mode to N mode within 20 kms speed. accel. not worked means speed not increased. but another day by mistake my kids pressed or not D mode to its went N mode that time speed not increased then i noticed mode in N mode. i was in 60 km speed that time. after that incident, my car have pickup problem after reach 60 km, its took more time or pick pbm to reach 60 to 80 km speed. i went to service center, they corrected this pbm after reset program as its impacted in high speed. not sure how its possible in drive mode to N mode in running time as our gear box lever have lock mechanism while change mode we need press button to unlock then only we can move gear mode. I struggled with this pbm and service center taken more than a week to resolve this issue. i think high speed changing mode D to N having pbm with automatic car.my car speed gud after reset.

In most budget AMTs, P mode is not available. In that case, can you stop in D mode instead with hand brake engaged? Several KZbinrs recommend doing this, but driving schools strongly warn against doing that saying it will put additional pressure on the transmission.

If the signal is for a short duration (say less than 1 minute) keep it in D mode, else put it in N. P is for parking your vehicle, use that as a last option. :)

To start or stop the engine, you need to put the car in P mode. With D mode, car will creep (moves at min 5kms), So, even on flat surface, push your gear to P and apply hand brake.

When the car is moving ( when in acceleration), Electronic brake will disengage. Also, when you stop at signal, you can put the car in neutral (N) and can apply electronic brake. Once the signal is green, just press accelerator smoothly, your electronic brake will disengage.
