If audit power of CAs are being distributed to CS and CMA. Is the vice versa also applicable? Will CAs sign Cost report do cost audit and sign ROC papers also?

Stautory audit still remains with CA. Cost audit will remain with CMA. Secretarial audit will remain with CS. Changes will be made in DT audit only.

In Indian share market lets say I have brought 1000 shares 3 years ago with Rs 500 each (total Rs 500000 investment) and now each share price is Rs 1000 and hence my current amount is Rs 1000000 and profit is 1000000-500000=500000 If I sell all shares now then it will be under LTCG tax. If the company announce bonus share (1:2 ration) then my share holding will be 2000 but the current amount will be same (1000000) If I sell all shares within next 2/3 months then will it entirely come under STCG tax in India?

You have to pay LTCG on first 1000 Shares. Which buying price consider Rs 500. On other hand, After selling bonus shares you have to pay STCG & intresting thing is, It's buying price is 0 because technical you get it free.. That's why big investors don't like Bonus Shares.
