Thank you! I think it would be, but I can't give you that advice... I would say ask your doctor for sure, although one of my friends asked his doctor and he said yes, absolutely - "but" he's not legally allowed to say that EMS would help - which I found weird. Another viewer sent a message which I'll copy/paste here "As a youngster I wiped out off a horse snapping all the tendons that hold my scapula to my clavicle. Once I hit my 40's I couldn't do weight bearing workouts without periodically injuring my shoulder or sparking off a arthritis/immune response so I got fat and weak. Earlier this year I joined a gym that has these suits, I do 2 workouts a week the results are astounding, I have gained lots of muscle and not been injured once and I fit into all my old clothes from my 20s again." That comment made my week... I think Katalyst is working on approval with the FDA for use with rehab, etc. That would be phenomenal to be able to let people know that is an option.. I think you'll know quickly. Just take it slow and I think your body will let you know to ease off...
