It is a very big document and I accept that it is tough to understand everything. But there are few important points like the duration given for public hearing, the defense and strategic industries and also the sectors where post facto approval is possible(Section 26 of the draft), publishing of the report in only one national daily etc., I think that these are few of the important sections that we need to read and clearly understand
