As I will talk to Vaibhav that different life have different problems, we should concern about Rahul's mental health and issues whatever he is going through,. Through this way I will explain that we are his friends and we should not leave our friend, we should help him as friendship never see profit or loss. According to accepting my way I didn't share the actual problem of Rahul and even helping him too. So I didn't break any promise and takes a very good decision for his mental health too.

Hello sir! In this case I'll tell the problem of Rahul to vaibhav I know in this way I'll break his trust on me but for the sake of humanity and as a friend and also for the overall well being of Rahul is important for me depression may lead to pose life in danger of Rahul ans isolation again trigger this exponentially. Here we have to make balance between Rahul and Vaibhav. Rahul has very trust on me and i will certainly keep his secret with me and on the other hand where vaibhav who is very much resented with Rahul's decision of not joining the company. In between them our purpose to convince both of them in a disguised way. Without sharing anything will tell each one with some cause of not coming. I will persuaded Vaibhav not to be resented with him may be he has some work in their family. On the other hand will discuss with Rahul and persuaded him that you are not alone, am with you.
