I am home bound but the highlight of my week is when ministers from my parish bring me the Eucharist. I had been away from the church for many years but developed a real hunger to receive the Eucharist. Now Jesus comes into my home once a week and blesses my wife and myself. Praise God.

The Eucharist Revival is needed for all, including Catholics like myself who have struggled believing in the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. I’ve since tried to make more time for adoration as well as confession in addition to regular mass. The Church needs healing and Adoration should be at least part of the cure.

Christians ought to occasionally pray for people other than ourselves and for better things than money. I notice you never pray for your children, except that you want money because you have to endure them. I hope nobody feels obliged to give you money, because you don’t sound like a Christian in your prayers. You sound like a scammer who preys on people of faith because you see it as a weakness that puts us at your mercy, and you target anyone you think is weak and vulnerable. May all who read this be warned, this same “prayer” for money appears repeatedly on all religious channels and it never changes.

From the onset of the announcement of the Eucharistic Renewal, a group of us at St. John Vianney, Round Rock, Texas, accepted the challenge given by Fr. We created a prayer cycle for this purpose.

when 2024 began i did a mental prayer. i was imagining christ and i seated closer to a flame. He said i should stay closer to him tobecome like the fire because he noticed that when an iron is comming against me, i am trying to be a biger iron to crush it wheras flame melts iron. He said fire gives light and warmth i should stay closer and learn to rediscover myself. Over time i learned the fire was love and when i was attacked by anyone i prayed for them. whenever the iron came i will melt them. Your teaching today confirms it was Christ and it is a reminder to go back. Much love from Cameroon

He is everywhere. But, He is in Eucharistic Adoration in a special way. The monstrance contains hosts that have been consecrated by a priest at Mass. When the priest holds a host and says, "This is My Body", repeating what Jesus said at the Last Supper, the Holy Spirit changes the host into the Body of Christ.
@RedJasmineTeaАй бұрын
As Catholics, we believe that Jesus Himself instituted the Eucharist at the Last Supper when He said, ‘This is My Body… This is My Blood.’ (Matthew 26:26-28, Mark 14:22-24, Luke 22:19-20). He commanded us to ‘do this in memory of Me’ (Luke 22:19). For us, this is not just symbolic. Based on Scripture and the teachings of the early Church, we believe that the bread and wine truly become His Body and Blood, as He promised in John 6:53-56: ‘Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.’” 😊
@annebaartz5606Ай бұрын
@@RedJasmineTea For by one single offering Christ by shedding His Blood has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified . Hebrews 10;14 We have been sanctified through the offering of the Body of Jesus Christ ONCE FOR ALL ; Hebrews 10;10 Nor was it to offer Himself repeatedly......for then He would have to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world . But as it is Christ has appeared Once FOR ALL...Hebrews 10 ;25 to 27...... It is impossible for Christ to die again but if Bread literally becomes His body and wine becomes His Blood - What does that mean ?. By pure logic if it is not symbolic , what you are saying is that Christ literally is been sacrificed again and again by a priest transubstantiating bread into a body and wine into blood . This is simply contrary to the Holy Scriptures and it is superstition and with all due respect the Bishop is simply wrong.
@RedJasmineTeaАй бұрын
@ St. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 10:16-17: ‘The cup of blessing that we bless, is it not a participation in the blood of Christ? The bread that we break, is it not a participation in the body of Christ?’ This verse shows that the Eucharist is not just a symbol or a remembrance-it’s a real participation in the body and blood of Jesus Christ.”His sacrifice is eternal and not bound in time. In Revelation 5:6, Jesus is depicted as “a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain,” indicating that His sacrifice is eternally present in heaven. 🕊️
@annebaartz5606Ай бұрын
@@RedJasmineTea Do this in remembrance of ME.......Anamnesis is the Greek word for remembrance ......a recalling to mind ....a recalling of an event in the past and making it effective in the present... As written by St Paul ... For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup , you PROCLAIM the lord's death until he comes ! 1 Cor 11 : 25 -26....... St Paul lived by Faith in the Son of God , who loved him and gave Himself for him ..Gal 2;20. The love Of God in Christ Jesus was the driving force in St Paul's life.....For the Love Of Christ controls us.....one has died for all ...2 Cor 5;14. In Revelation 5 ;5 ....The lion of the Tribe of Judah has conquered and then further in verse 6 that this Lion (Christ Jesus ) has conquered as a lamb that had been slain and yet standing ( death and resurrection from the dead ) .The whole book of Revelation is symbolical . And what is a sacred symbol but making present a reality that transcends it . What is the Eucharist ? It is more than an empty symbol but a sacred symbol that points to and proclaims the reality of the Death of Christ but St Paul still identifies the bread as bread and would not have understood the term of transubstantiation.
