“Sounds like instagram and facebook” , this was so key… I believe the eyes and the ears are gateways to the soul . The enemy has control over these industries and constantly entices to consume this content . This in my opinion is why we can have these intrusive thoughts even when we are all alone. The less of the worldly content we consume the less these thoughts and impulses will come. Pastor Britt said : what if we hated satan as much as he hates us. We are free to watch and listen to what ever we want but there are consequences to not being on guard against it.

Our thoughts are real and omits energy from where it comes from. That is why the Bible says to capture every thought and submit it to God.

Energy is emitted..not omitted...not trying to be a know it all, there is a HUGE difference at times...all love to Christ who had not omitted us from his kingdom

I would like to know if any of the Eleven22 Pastors have read "The Unseen Realm" by Dr. Michael Heiser. If so, I would love to know your thoughts on it. I read it after watching Neil T. Andersen highly recommended it on a KZbin video and it blew me away. Thanks and God Bless!

I'm not an Eleven22 pastor but may I please offer my opinion here as we wait for their reply? My thoughts are that Michael Heiser Ministries Doctrine are off base. The whole Divine Council concept that is their Foundation is unbiblical and Antichrist. Just my two cents. "Who has directed The Spirit of the LORD, or being his counselor has taught him? With whom took he council, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgement, and taught him knowledge, and showed to him the way of understanding?" Isaiah 40. Romans 11 "For who has known the mind of the Lord or who has been his counselor?"

I suffer from depression. Does that mean I don’t have enough faith?
@garyg75492 ай бұрын
It's not your lack of faith. Absolutely not. Jesus said in Matthew 17:20 all you need is faith the size of a mustard seed, which was perhaps the smallest thing known to man in those days. Cast your care upon him because he cares for you.

David, Jeremiah, & Isaiah are all significant people God loved and used in scripture who struggled with depression. They knew and trusted God and still wrestled with moments of despair. You're not alone! Read their stories in scripture and how God provides for them in those seasons, and you can be confident that the same God will meet you right where you are too.
