Brilliant video and explanation of FRR mate! Congrats on the increase and good luck with the tour. This is my 4th tour starting in BON and now in GHT.

Josh. Thank you very much for that comment..much appreciated. And fantastic job of moving from BON to GHT!...impressive. Although perhaps you are regretting it now..:)..so many strong riders in the higher divisions (all divisions really)...I am not quite getting my behind handed to me...but close... If you like this kind of content...and want to perhaps learn more about Club Ladder (another favourite of mine) more stuff on the channel. Cheers again and hopeto see you around!

Oliver...Thanks m8 - much appreciated. Video way too long really for YT..but I wanted to get my thoughts down on FRR as I really enjoy it...and hopefully a few things there that others can learn from. You doing this edition? I know you have done them in the past....

Good luck on the tour. Im also CRP and was HAB last tour - gonna be tough for both of us :D We finished really close on the iTT so keeping an eye on you ;)

Thanks. Yes...I saw you passing me as I was dying at the end...!... Not sure what happened with the categories..I think I am a little stronger than last tour...but not that much...so to jump two categories was a bit of a shock to the system...but it is what it is :)...good luck to you also!...

...mmm...don't want to think about Tue yet .. :)...that is supposed to be my FRR rest day...but we will see...maybe..perhaps...in a million years... :)
