This is happening almost everywhere post COVID! Managements are tricking people into Multitasking and extra work! Being in hospitality industry we have supported the hotels during COVID when it was necessary when there was less revenue flow to the hotels but now most of the hotels have recovered and back to normal business flow but the staff count is still the same hence employees are working more hours or having more pressure in their normal working hours also. Its pretty bad that no countries are paying attention to the human resources activities and staff count for an organization!

Uk mein settlement mushkil hai .. employer ne Agar tum ko hire kiya then 5 Saal waha kaam karna parega us employee ke phir wo letter dega and you have to show immigration officer your stay and time of worked with your employer then you get PR in UK bhut tagra luck chaheye
