As someone who restores old cars, I feel your pain. At least parts are available and you don't have to first learn how to be a machinist and then buy a mill to make your own parts....

no doubt. Car enthusiasts know when the wrong screw was used. RVs are notorious for each one being quite different even on the same line, so it's nice to be able to have freedom to change the build unlike cars.

The gray carpet will blend in real fast and not look stained on day one, good idea. It is looking very nice. It sucks having to project manage every part on a job like that but that is why it looks so good you are doing a great job. Can't wait til tomorrow and it is painted. Thanks for another video.

The overall parts situation is crazy! My brother in law has waited over 4 months for a part for his gravity toilet. He's hit his limit, and is installing a whole new toilet today.

James, I'm gonna have to read up on this project. I assumed this was your fixer upper. I would think being in the biz, able to call on favors, and sweat equity could make it a reasonable purchase. I hope the driver cut out from there survived.

Question: Could you give me a ballpark rough estimate average cost to replace a rubber roof on a 2006 Keystone Laredo. Plywood is good, no prior leaks. One AC, two vents, two fans, one antenna and a ladder. Just an average ballpark guess...... Thanks.

I’m curious, are RV collisions reported to Carfax? Buying this POS would be a nightmare for any uniformed buyer, no offense to you of course. PS, the gray carpet looks horrible, replace it with the color of the carpeting in the rest of the coach. Just saying...🤦♂️

@@AZExpert Maybe POS is a bit extream but a future owner should know all the work that was done to this prior to buying. There are so many moving parts, wires and electronics involved, nothing against you and your work but as an RV'er I'd want to know. Keep up the great videos!
