I'm fairly certain that in missions N.O.E, Toreno explicitly stated that those aren't bombs, but supplies for his men. Also, it's not green fluid inside, but it's a camo marking so it's harder to spot in the forest… Which is weird because drop zone is in middle of city.

Now here it is, me again, in Ulown's video lol :v Green goo is an alien thing. It's not a fuel or something, but it's some kind of alien's fluid. Bioweapon? I think so. K.A.C.C. is not only a depot, it's also a transport place. Remember mission "Up, Up, and Away"? There was a Leviathan (Is it the name?), that we need to stole. Leviathan is the only plane that could carry metal things, such as cars, because there is a some kind of magnet attached into it's below. Green Goo could be a thing from other state or country, because Area 69 is the base of alien research. However, why is the Green Goo so important? If it's some kind of bioweapon, why won't they just hide it somewhere to prevent someone abuse it? Remember "Black Project" ? That's the only mission on Area 69, which also force us to enter the research building. Jetpack may not only their research, because if we use some kind of mods or if we stand in some places and look down to the jetpack below in Area 69, we can see some black things, but if we go near it, it disappears. The black things are probably bodybags, and maybe it contains alien's body or people's body who tried to enter the area. However, due to the fact that Area 69 is a restricted, hidden area, people should not know this area. The fact that it also looks like mass grave in the desert (Where there is a bobcat) also force me to investigate more. While Truth still appears in the Los Santos' last missions, he doesn't give us any missions again. He is up to something at that time. Now the fact that Truth is a smart but dangerous guys can be seen in his first encounter with player, which he appears to be a drug farmer. He doesn't have a good relationship with Tenpenny, but still selling drugs to him anyway. Maybe it's a clue that The Truth wants to corrupt Tenpenny and to put Tenpenny out of the misery (As you see, Tenpenny is one elite police at that time. His influence is big, and if something happens to him, he'd be dead where he stands. Proof is the Tenpenny's case when he caused a riot.) His name is also kind of weird, The Truth. He knows the truth, which is also indicated in a deleted mission "The Truth Is Out There" where Truth is chased by the military into the bayside because he stole the green goo. Maybe Rockstar deliberately delete the mission to prevent us to gain informations about Green Goo. His car, called Mothership, is also a weird name, indicates he is an alien lover. The Truth is smart yet dangerous hippie guy. Green Goo is still a misterious thing. One last clue i want to talk to you is that in a WCTR show, The Truth was talking in there, telling us he has an alien baby or something. Well, i've never heard of the show, but it seems like most of players have. Green Goo, until now, can be concluded into: 1. Bioweapon 2. Alien's Blood Hope that helps! Here are some extra hints: there are a TXD File in the archive cutscenes.img called csgreengoo thats have 3 texture archives called alien_liquid , alien_glass and alien_cont2 thats indicate that is from aliens, and truth does not dissapear if you have not made the last missions in los santos get, he is seen in riot y at the end of the mission end of the line wheres tempennys dies, also in the WCTR Radio you can hear a interview to truth but reporters do not take him seriusly

The free cam makes it much easier to see that the texturing on the capsules under the aircraft is clearly just camouflage, so we have even less of a clue as to what's inside.

Actullay there is a way to remove the jet pack. When you start the mission go to the quarry and get in the crane and then exit then you'll lose the jet pack. Once that's done you can't enter any cars or vehicles. You'll have to run all the way back to Fort Carson and find the soda machine at the building with a cow on top of it. Then you can start driving cars and get a camera to take pictures. And it works on all versions of the game.
