Just saw a video where animals were brutally killed by either slaughtering them and they screaming on top of their lungs even saw a cow being skinned alive. Couldn't stop crying.. But I'm glad that if an animal is being slaughtered it is being done where they live their green lives on farms and then slaughtered in a more less distressing manner. As a human with feelings I wanna say thank you to these kind of people ❤❤

A little, main difference is Halal is when you keep praying to god while slaughtering. (You just have to keep saying God is great) Halal meat can be prepared by any monotheist following Allah ie Christian, Jewish or Muslim, they just need to pray to god and mention they are slaughtering in his name when doing said slaughtering. Kosher can only be prepared by Jewish and they just pray once before starting. (Halal is when each animal is prayed for, kosher is let’s say 10 animal but they pray once only, in halal they pray 10 times for 10 animals) Kosher can be eaten by everyone. Halal can be eaten by everyone except Jewish Normal meat only eaten by non Muslim and non Jewish. As for humanity of this, takes 2-9 sec to lose conscious on any animal, works every time unlike electrocution. Complete drainage of blood and good treatment of the soul of the animal.(last one is true if you believe in religions). Chopping head is considered inhumane in Islam(it’s my religion so I can only speak for mine) because the animal randomly jumps around meaning the soul has difficulty leaving the body. Other things to mention are, in Islam Knife must be razor sharp, or sharper. 1 clean cut is all that should be needed, if not than meat not halal. Knife must be sharpened away from the gaze of any animal Animal must not be thirsty Animal must be raised and treated with utmost respect and care Must be done extremely fast to prevent the animal from stressing(from the moment animal sees the knife to cut) (you will be surprised how fast it is done) Other points can be searched, I am not a religious scholar

First misconception is halal slaughter is painless.. The next misconceptions that it is quick.. there are countless videos on line showing halal slaughter and the poor animals staggering round clearly alive. Some would call it torture as it extends the suffering. Most call it evil.

Most of these slaughter houses are actually not considered halal in the religion, since the whole point of the introduction of halal slaughter guideline was to give animals as little suffering as possible. Sadly countries that allow halal slaughter don´t usually do an adequate job of making sure that these guidelines are followed correctly. Not to mention that there are tons of easily found videos, which show that the sedation methods required to reduce suffering are not exactly as peaceful as one would make them to be. Thus it is ironic that religions guideline are seen with such a critical eye, even though the examples used are clearly not following the guideline being criticised. While other methods of slaughter are seen in such a none critical manner, even though they make up a larger majority of the industry in the west and as said before inflict much worse suffering on animals than a proper halal slaughter. By the way I´m vegan and muslim. I went vegan because the effort of making sure that the halal meat I´m eating is actually halal or not was just not worth the hassel. An Islamic slaughter would for me be one as demonstrated by this channel (mercyhalal). As said a slaughter can never be done with zero suffering no matter what is done, but having a sane religious person who values a living being as the one providing me meat would make me a million times more conformable in consuming it than anything else. I have killed my own food. If you have a soul it should make you feel some compassion for the life you are ending. To get protein in my diet I look at all avenues for protein to minimize the death. I believe animal meat is for us and important. The cut is made in a specific place in the neck, and although death isn't instantaneous (no method of slaughter is), the animal loses consciousness immediately due to the sudden drop of blood pressure in the head. Complete death results shortly after. its no worse than any other method of slaughter in the west, so think before you call any practice other than your own evil and barbaric as if you are any better, Tracy.

They are fed chemicals and injected with antibiotics on a daily, they grow new body parts and suffer way more throughout their whole life in those factories. That type of pain that they suffer in the factories cannot be equivalent to slicing their throat in the name of Allah swt in a peaceful manner. And remember the injections that the animals get are not only toxic for the animal itself, but also for us humans. So doing that to millions of animals… hanging them upside down, locking them in cages and shipping them across the world like garbage… that’s barbaric.
