You can go for an alternative playstyle with Stormsurge Zoe. With Luden's + Stormsurge you can actually oneshot squishy's consistently with Q + R + E combo. With full build you can delete squishys without having to bubble them first. You forego your only CC ability with this but I think it's worth it for deleting enemies without counterplay + I've killed low health enemies with only E + Stormsurge plenty of times. The movespeed also increases Zoe's damage in certain situtations and makes roaming easier, so if you know how to manage your mana you can probably rush Stormsurge and play all around the map.

@@NitBeanTheMachine 2 things. 1 play a lot of games because it is unlikely that you will have insane wr like jungler(or other roles) 2-If you are below diamond your focus is not to lose instead of winning. Might sound the same but for example instead of going for a kill you should get 2 waves instead. Don't die and try to keep the turrets alive for as long as possible, mainly the first mid tower and that's it. Also try to buy at least 1 lifesteal item as your first or second

I don't think they should hotfix nerf anything for now. The fun part of the new items and map changes are that it'll be a new meta. I think Riot should let it play out a bit longer before we really decide what's so OP. After all, rookern will nullify the huge AP items that are now in the game, mages won't be able to defend themselves early since they need zhonyas instead of a basic stopwatch, and on-hit champs are going to compete for bot and top lane spots all the while lethality continues to be strong. It's really cool that there's so much going on in the game and I don't want Riot to just nerf everything back to where we have the same meta we did for season 13.

Add that to mages losing health bonuses in their items so adc's can shred them in 2-3 autos and you simply have a new meta. Stopwatch hasn’t been removed! It’s part of Seeker’s Armguard now. Just like Verdant Barrier has a lesser version of the Banshee’s Veil passive. :D
