I have taken a flat on heavy deposit for 15 lakh on January 2023 and its teneure is for 33 months but now due to some dispute with the owner she is sending new partys to see the house and she hasn't given and notice yet to vacate the flat what should i do now ??

For what reason is she sending new parties to view the flat? Want to sell?, give on rent? Or to give a deposit to another? If there is no lockin period then you can give notice to him, Do not allow anyone onto the property until you have received your deposit back (once notice has been given). Read your contract carefully again. So I don't know the reason for the dispute, so the above suggestions are general

Bank k saath settle kariye agar Owner Settle nahi karna chata.., yaad rakhiye Bank isme Strong hai...kyun ki Bank ko Bina intimation diye Owner ne Flat heavy deposit par Diya... Case Bank k favour mein Hain.. Baaki aap apna sochiye.. Mein bas itna keh sakta hun.

Sir Tenat ko vahi ghar me 11 month ke rent aggrement me convert karne ka kya procedure hai. Heavy deposit ka aggrement khtam hone wala hai. Tenant ko notice diya hai lekin usko aur 2 mahine lagenge khali karne me.

Hope the Agreement was Registered. 1. Hold some amount from Deposit, to make sure about Maintenance, Electricity, and Bills. 2. If he just wants to stay extra 2 month (after expiring on agreement), make the new agreement (tenure whatever mutual decision) with him with 1month notice. 2. If you want to continue him, so once the heavy deposit returned to him (make the receipt) , at the same time, ask him to transfer the normal deposit, so both can made the agreement on new transaction (this will the safe and not confusing in future) it should be Registered (if it is 11 month or more )

Koi Tie-Up nahi hota hai, Aisa kuch nahi hota, ye bas business strategy hai. Second thing, if owner has loan on his property, then he have to inform the bank.

Agar Loan nahi hai toh "Orginal Papers dikhane boliye", Agar loan hai...toh unse 6month ka Loan Statement mangiye... Dekhiye ki Regular payment timely paid hai? Ya Nahi!, Agar property Mortgage nahi hai, aur baad mein unhone apply Kiya hai...toh aapko apne pata chalega ..kyun ki Bank Verified karti hai Property ko and Intimation deti hai .. Society ko! Make sure ki Aap Society me Update rahiye. Fir bhi Risk hai..Heavy Deposit deal mein... Reason bahut sare hain...Paise wapas na milne par!

Hi, My friend have taken heavy deposit for 31 lakh in cheque and NEFT in Mumbai charkop for 2 bhk with registered agreement and also police verification is also done. The owner is not paying loan amount , maintenance and now the property has gone in NPA. In this case what he should do.. Help me..

To your friend, 1. You can't fight the bank, 2. Before the bank seals the property, do anything to recover the deposit from the owner, 3. Be nice to bankers and officials, talk to them, take time, they will understand, don't rush them, as it will do you no good, even it will be the worst for you, 4. If the owner declares himself bankrupt then you cannot do anything, 5. Rule, if the property is attached to the bank then the owner will have to take NOC from the bank before giving it on rent or depositing huge amount. Had he taken NOC in this case? No! Then the system is with the bank. Hope you find helpful, thankyou.

Agar building illegal ho or loan na ho or already pehle se koi heavydeposit pe re raha ho usko uska agreement time pura ho chuka ho to kya woh flat lena chahiye ya koi or documents check krna chahiye

agar aapko aapka Paisa wapas chahiye ya Renew karna hai..toh unko Ek Notice bhejiye via Mail or Email. Fir bhi koi reply nahi, toh fikar ki baat hai ..unse personally miliye. Jyada ghabrane ki baat nahi hai kyu ki...ghar papers aapke pas hai toh.

There is no special agreement draft for heavy deposit amount, it is similar to the rental agreement between the owner and the tenant, they only ensure that the rent will be mentioned as Rs. 1, and deposit whatever they decide, but in the end my only concern is that people should know that dealing with heavy deposits is risky.
