In the video, two formulas are presented, and they can be used on HTF as additional confirmation. For example, you have a Zone of Interest on the daily chart, which is in a discount within the High Resistance Dealing Range based on the first formula. The price reaches that level, confirms the volume, and forms another dealing range, for example, on the 4-hour chart, following the second formula. You already know that your idea of taking long positions will most likely work.
