As the ssl certificates from trusted authority will require an internet connection but my network is a local offline network. You mentioned about having a non secure site and redirecting it to a secure server if you can not afford the Dedicated IP. Who provides this type of service ? For example, like PayPal? Subscribed.

I am also using SSL on my site I simply use cloudflare cdn it is completely free and there is no need to follow all these steps.
