What is Implicit Bias?

We all have implicit bias. These unconscious messages are influenced by our life experiences and the messages we are given about ourselves and others. Tiffany Taylor Smith explains implicit bias and discusses ways we can limit the impact of these biases on our beliefs and actions.

Since implicit bias is unconscious, it cannot be noticed since it is unconscious. So, if someone is seen acting out an unconscious bias and someone else draws attention to this. Since everyone has implicit bias, but they don't know of their own bias because it's unconcious, they could be projecting their own unconscious bias onto someone else. How do you deal with that?
