Both have nothing to do with eachother. Urdu is born in delhi and lucknow area during mughals time which is a hindi language spoken with most of the persian words . Whereas deccan is a central province of india which consist of large part of maharashtra and (telangana and andra), little parts of madhya pradesh ,karantaka , and gujarat... and mhanje is a pure marathi word and even nako is used in hyderabad and in maharashtra while speaking hindi is a pure marathi word... dakkhan has nothing to do with urdu. Urdu is born in UP, while dakkhan is a big central province with four different languages mainly marathi and telugu. If u study in madrassa thays what you will learn..

What i feel is this iMT is like manual mode in automatic transmission. Although you cannot get the equal amount of fun like a manual, end of the day one would love to choose the new iMT because of the traffic in metro cities and people travelling to office in jam packed bumper to bumper traffic. It would definitely give a relief for office goers who does'nt want an amt or cvt but manual transmission without clutch. But what we should look into is that will it take the same amount of maintenance as that of a regular manual

Trick is to know how best to use an AMT. Use the accelerator in a smooth , gradual manner. Things are smoother if you let off the accelerator ( just as in manual) when you sense the gear is about to change. Should not be a problem with experience and for all used to driving manual. Or as i do, I use AMT only in manual mode and find it as good experience as driving a manual, without the bother of using a clutch. ( not all AMT vehicles have it though)

Our bus drivers driving old Leylands with constantmesh gb invented this clutch less shifting. Use the clutch just to activate the first gear and there he goes ..and rest of the gears simply shift without applying clutch and using the correct RPM...it was butter smooth those days...

Automatic has become smooth, more efficient, better responding etc. but there'll always be something about Manual transmission that can never change. Might be a bit of hard work, time consuming, not so relaxing but there'll be nothing like Manual transmission.

Becoz enthusiasts normally dont worry abt the clutch, becoz tats wat gives them the wheelspin control. But lemme knw one thing, in case if there's a repair in IMT (say Venue) how much would be the repair cost to replace whole IMT assembly. If you compare any clutch repairs in normal cars, it would cost around 10k, but what's the case with iMT? Just curious... Thanks

IMT will be more appealing in turbo engines or with high revving engines like Ivtec. If we talk in numbers CVT being more comfortable will sell higher in numbers.

I love Honda City vtec manual gearbox. If Honda launch imt then also my left leg always need a clutch 😎 Also if I stuck some where then I can use the clutch for giving a pressure force to move the breeze.

Please make a brief video on the IVT offered by Hyundai and Kia. AFAIK, it's a slightly advanced version of CVT. It uses driven chain instead of rubber belt. This increases the life of IVT as there's no chance of the rubber belt snapping. Also, reduces the lag compared to traditional CVT without affecting mileage. Please make a road test video of Seltos/Creta IVT so we can know your real world performance of IVT. Thanks in advance!

Like many people I also have the habit of keeping my left hand continuously on the gear lever. So that means the clutch in IMT will also remain engaged because of this habit and damage it ?? Am I correct or the clutch is engaged only when it senses a gear change movement in which case just keeping your hand on the lever will not engage the clutch

Nowadays many new technologies ( or mostly updates of long standing one , IMT is an old concept) are thrown around. As consumers it is important for us to know about various kinds of transmissions . AMT. IMT. CVT. ICVT, TQ , DCT each have their unique characteristics with their associated advantages and limitations. It is important for us to assess our needs, driving conditions and driving style before making a buying decision as consumers. Not good finding out later that some type of transmissions overheat in city driving or some are jerky while others cannot reverse up a slope properly or are a pain in hilly areas and so on.

iMT will work in india if they launch it in around base or mid-level variants, i.e iMT in the venue will work if it launches in S varient.. anything above it people will go for automatic only. same goes for Sonet. they have to introduce iMT around HTK only.

The rubber band effect of CVT are caused by adding steps to the CVT which is to simulate the shifting feel... CVTs without steps will be like so seemless that the rev counter will not be needed any more🤪.

Torque converter is still the best automatic since it's a proven tech and mechanics all over the world have been used to its internal parts for decades. DCT, CVT and AMT are still too complicated to be repaired by most mechanics (veteran and young ones included) due to their complicated sensors.
