Mike, your intro never gets old. No matter how many times I see it, I still laugh. "This is how I blow my back up..." 😂

Just want to say thank you for your content. I've had multiple bike accidents, and my body was shutting parts off to protect that injury, even 6 years later. The movement patterns have opened and awoken those parts that were closed off. Goal is to come up and train for a week with you to learn first hand. Thanks again!!!

Man, two years ago, I thought that I would never be able to do hack squats. It always hurt my knees, and I was in pain all the time. Then I saw your videos about 'transferring the weight to the foot,' and, man, I was so stiff doing hack squats. No wonder my knees hurt a lot.

100% right... I find I get a way better pump if I have slower rhythm and control the weight otherwise you just gaz yourself out. No pump...

Hey Mike, I'm out of shape blue collar 51 year old fatty 🤣 getting back to working out/lifting. Just giving you a thank you shout out. I've recently found your videos and have really enjoyed them. I've been working out/ lifting off and on for allot of years, watching your videos has taught me I've done many lifts wrong for many years. I've taken many things you've showed and incorporated them into my lifting, it's helped allot. Again Thanks, Keep making your great videos.

The thing on the mound is called the rubber. Pitchers use this to push off of with their back foot.

Love your content Mike. However, I'm having a bit of an issue getting exactly what you are prescribing here. Full range of motion feel tension in the lengthened position don't lock out. That part I think I got. Then...come to a dead stop at the end range of motion feeling a good stretch but don't stop for more than half a second and rebound back up? Finally ignore run on sentences.

Thanks Mike, great information as always. I am showing my son who just started training your videos and the one challenge he has on cable flyes is his elbows are below his wrists and I an not sure that is good or bad. Would value a video on that.
@P4PERFOLDER9 ай бұрын
God no, elbows shouldn't be below the wrists. The arms should almost mirror the line of the cables, doesn't matter if it's set low, middle or high. Just watch some of Mike chest vids.
