I have a camera that says it's IPX7 ? so X means there is no data about the dust but at the same time ,7 means is can be immersed for 1 mtr for 30 mins? is that right?

What does IP X4 means ?

It means it doesnt have any particular rating for dust resistance. Only for water resistance

I have a few flashlights with that rating, too. The chart I found online says IPX4 means it's not been tested for dust or solid particles( the X part), and the 4 means it's water resistant against rain and splashing water.
