Two questions: 1. If my partner is the essential occupant, does that mean I will be the only one making the downpayment & servicing the loan? 2. If application is applied under MCPS due to my partner's parents & I decide to switch my partner out from co owner to essential occupier, will HDB retract the offer if we have not yet signed the lease of agreement or collected the keys?
