What Is It? Narsarsuaq Airport, Greenland 10.05 am, May 4, 2024

Spotted by ‪@wishmastermaker‬.
It's not easy to see. It drops in from the top right and angles down to the left.
Whatever it is, it must've shown up on the radar because the firetruck goes whizzing by at 10.07, or was that just a coincidence? And does it hit the ground out of our sight?

Nicely done Susan ! For my 2 cents, we’ve seen planes crossing that sky at 41,00ft, moving @ 500 kts and it takes them 30 seconds to a minute, whereas this object takes 8 seconds. Ok so maybe the scale is hard to figure out and maybe it could be a bird, but it would be a very skilled bird to fly so straight - I’ve put a straight edge along it’s path and it follows perfectly. My only speculation is that considering what I’ve just written, I’m quite confident that I know what the object is not. 👻

👻 Did you see Doru's comment about Space Junk? I still thinkit showed up on radar and the firetruck was going to see what happened.

Looks too slow to be a meteor, but maybe orbiting junk re-entering. Could be a plane if flying quite low. But no con-trail.

Considering the object's linear movement, high speed, and brightness that can be seen even during the day, it is possible that it is an artificial satellite on the verge of re-entry.🔥🛰️💨

Hi@@susanhelmer1 For the screen facing west, that object seems to be moving from north to south. China is a country that has launched many satellites that orbit between the poles. And China does not announce such cases or dangers internationally.
