Thanks as always guys for watching! Sorry for the lack of fishing videos! All this rain from the hurricanes and crazy weather has slowed things way down! Going to try to crack some green fish tomorrow! Thanks for the continued support!

You hear JDM being thrown around a lot refering to finesse BC's as generally that's all you can find making them.... Love my Daiwa SV103. Total all around reel, perfect for me walking the rivers and creeks.
@victorxavier99777 жыл бұрын
JDM tackle is definitely awesome! The Japanese culture and their approach at how they do things is just so cool!
@Tikimohn7 жыл бұрын
I like them cuz they're constantly innovating. I won't go with anyone besides Daiwa for a Baitcaster.

Thanks for a clear clarification about JDM or Japanese Domestic Market. Here in the the Philippines as I understood, we only use the term when it comes to origin of the brand, we often talk about Japan, US, Sweden and mostly China. I've been fishing since I'm young using the bamboo stick. Been hearing it several times but I didn't care to learn about it, but it caught my attention when someone started comparing the same reel that came from US and JDM, which really confused me.

DIGGING this series! I had an idea I saw from another guy that I watch for camera and editing type advice... he does two minute Tuesday and I thought of doing that with the obvious Fishing twist. Keep this up brother, it will explode!

I love Japanese baits. I have quite a few megabass lures that ive gotten off ebay for good prices. Most of it used, but still in good or new condition. Just got a z crank hand made squarebill this week for $9. Normally sells for $20-$30. Can't wait to try it.

Gary Yamamoto talked about this subject. You see a lot of fisherman in Japan rigging thier soft plastics differently hence the chicken rig and a way to rig a small swimbait on a drop shot type set up because the fish over there get used to seeing the same stuff over and over. So they are always changing the way the fish year to year
@AlexRuddFishing7 жыл бұрын
Yep! Exactly you always have to be changing your approach.

Smallie fishing outside of Chicago's been pretty slow which I find surprising.... Got a nice 16" fattie out of the river yesterday tho! Using a Zmans Micro Finesse Jig with a Paca Chunk.... Just wish they'd make that jig in a heavier weight(even though it would'nt be considered a finesse jig anymore), just can't keep it in contact with the bottom on the river which sucks because it's a Smallie killer.

Tackle Tour recently reviewed the 2017 Scorpion DCS, that's the JDM reel I have my eye on. Living in South Korea, most tackle shops here carry Megabass, Jackall, Evergreen products. The Seaguar R18 Fluoro LTD line is outstanding, I think the North American equivalent is the Tatsu.
@AlexRuddFishing7 жыл бұрын
Ian Kehler that's Scorpian DC is such a sick reel. On my wish list for sure. Didn't know you lived in South Korea that's dope man! I bet you have all kinds of cool tackle over there.

Robert Ramirez it can be for sure. I usaully eBay shop. I've got some stupid good deals. Picked up a Megabass gong for $15 the other day with free shipping.

Alex Rudd Fishing I like JLS, digitaka and Japan tackle. Keep an eye on the exchange rate. Sometimes it's cheaper to import. Curado 70 $200+tax compare to Scorpion 70 $179 free ship @ digi
