Thanks, Ryan, for an excellent video of your impressive system. Question: would it make sense to have a different QR code on each kanban, and have it get scanned right where workers put them into the bins for reordering? That way there is no delay while someone makes the rounds and collects all the kanbans from around the factory. Maybe the cost would be prohibitive for many scanners, but maybe not.

Where did you get those LOVELY red Kan-Ban card clips? We KanBan in our shop VERY much like you do but we lack those clips. I cannot find them on Google....are those a custom make?

Hiya Guys. Love the video and the Kanban system. I currently work in the shower tray industry and am looking to make improvements across the board to increase productivity, efficiency and change the culture of the business.
