I think every school should have Sanskrit language or subject compulsory in Indian schools worldwide. And this should be taught like this. What a treasure of knowledge Hinduism do have since ancient times. And what are we doing now ? As I have allowed this video to dance around within me I see the layers of the analogy of filth in the lower part of the system providing nutrients for the brain to blossom. Within the human being the filth is removed by the system when nutrients are extracted fully. This is why animal as food causes stagnation in the system. Meats take too long to pass through because the system must break down the dense energy and then extract nutrients. By the time this gets done the material begins to wrought. The human system functions at its best with light energy nutrients through fruits. Less material and more water conducts energy more efficiently. The system can maintain a higher frequency which means the energy body is more dominant than food body. This means the cerebral spinal fluid that runs up and down the spine and through the skull around the brain is of higher frequency. The brain then receives a constant supply of higher energy which allows the entire system to operate higher. As the human system functions higher it simply becomes an equanimous boundary to the universe. I have explained this in so many ways from my experience but this analogy provided a deeper perspective.🙏🏼🕉 I AM GRATEFUL. 🙏🏼🕉
