Mam can you please guide me regarding the LOI, company said that they will provide me a letter of intent in which i have to work for 6 month as a trainee the salary will be provide and after that they will provide me a offer letter where i have to work there atlest for 6 month then the pf and medical will be deducted and other formal documentation will happen ,so it’s a 1 year kind of thing which is not a contract i believe but help me to know more about this situation because i have no idea how to tackle this, should i accept the loi or not

@@CorporateKahani okay thank you for your response... again one more thing I forget to add that in hr. discussion round the hr. told me that the doj will be 1st of may so will it be the tentative date or exact date and again i didn't serve notice period in my current company as of now so should i do that or wait for the doj? and what will happen it amazon gives 1st may as a joining date? will my current company relive me? sorry to ask so much questions as i am a fresher i don't have knowledge about these kinda stuff.. sorry and thankyou again!!!

@@monalikariye77 please confirm your current organization's notice period. if they have buy out policy or not. If they have buyout policy and they give this option to people who are resigning then only accept your offer letter otherwise tell ur amazon HR that u will join after completion of ur NP. Please understand that PAN is connected to adhar if in worst case you will fall for dual employment in future it will be a big problem,

Bhai ye sab requirements ke upar hota hai.... Accenture me ek bande ko ek sal baad offer dia the LOI Dene ke bad....Kai logon ko dete bhi nahin hai....so better try to move on.

Sir I got LOI after 4 days of interview. Basic salary structure and Joining date is mentioned. Also asked for various documents like aadhar, pan, passport, marksheet, etc to be submitted. But my problem is Joining date is after 4 months . Should I wait for this company or go form some other.

Keep looking brother. Better to get into another company, wasting 4 months is bad. But provide them all the docs, you never know other offers will be there or not.
