WHAT IS LIFE COACHING - DEFINITION OF LIFE COACHING EXPLAINED // A life coach is someone who empowers you to create and achieve goals in your personal and professional life. It could be deciding to get fitter or start dating, or overcome some personal or professional blocks that are holding you back, and stopping you be your best self.
Life coaching is perhaps the most well-known version of coaching, but there are many types of coaching including business coaching, fitness coaching and career coaching.
I’m a mindset and business, and I help people overcome blocks that are holding them back, and set up and develop flourishing businesses.

With the help of Yvonne Annette Lively analysis, I was also able to develop a $262k portfolio that generates income while teaching me. I am therefore aware of the essence of one.
