Great video, so if get this right. If i use both managed and a personal ID. I can still access all usual features via my personal Apple ID ? And does my personal iMessage still work properly ?

You can only sign into one iCloud account, per use account, at a time. So the first Apple ID to sign in, that has iCloud Services, will be "the" iCloud account in system preferences. Every other Apple ID you sign in with will access services but not iCloud and several other services. Now you could have a situation where you sign into System Preferences with a Managed Apple ID and App Store with a personal ID.
