I NEEDED this video! Thank you! Please do a few more videos on the thyroid. I have had a T4-T3 issue for over a year and I think it might be because I was on a Keto/low carb diet for over a year straight while doing intense workout sessions.

i can say this is true, when I was 17 I over exercised and under ate (I didn't know what I was doing nutrition wise) because, I was a fat kid. Lost a lot of weight from 215 to 160 and kept that nutrition habit till I was 20 and stopped working out to heal some injuries and started eating like crazy and under a year I went from 195 lean to ballooning to 280lbs.
