I have been truly blessed by this teaching. Its made ministry so much clearer now. Just last night my very good friend, who is a doctor, was sharing with me how he considered his skill and job as his ministry. And i have been struggling with my job, and trying to find my purpose there but i have now come to understand that God brought me there for a purpose and there are many needs of our staff. Real needs, real struggles i’m telling you!!! Sometimes I grumble, snap at people, get impatient with things I consider petty or not important, but then it’s actually someone’s real need. I work in HR in a mega church. Shame isn’t it!!! So from now on i repent. I will take it as my ministry and see how best i can meet the needs of other staff members in the power of God’s Spirit. I now realize how God put so many opportunities in front of me to minister to their needs and how I missed it several times! Mercy Lord! I’ll always remember this: serve others in the power that the Spirit of God supplies! Thank you so much. You ministered to me.God richly bless you🙏

If someone were to ask me what my ministry is then yes I would answer what specific main function I do in or through the church might be a specific thing like help in Awana. But yes too my conversation could carry on that I want to minister to many needs I see throughout my day. The needs of my family of course, maybe a homeless person I see...
