I have been SO SO stressed over the foods and supplements I have been or not been eating.I followed a strict regime for most of my journey, and yet still my cancer has progressed to epic proportions. And yet, despite my determination to heal and my positive approach to this journey, my stress levels have been dire for most of the time. I have become obsessed that i am either missing something, whether that is food or supplements. Thank you for this video. I really think i need to ease up on myself. I have always been a healthy eater, but due to the strict protocols I have followed, it has become a chore, and i have felt like a total failure.
@tanyasydney22353 жыл бұрын
It helps me to remember that I'm an eternal soul and I'm just passing through here. So, as Anita says, it's much more important to feel joy with what you're taking into your body than stress about all the "protocols" we're supposed to follow if and when we get sick. I read a story about a man in US who had terminal cancer and was given just a few weeks or months to live by his doctor. So he decided to go back to his birth country, Greece, to die. After he arrived there, he met some of his old friends and started spending many nights in cafes drinking coffee, ouzo, wine, etc...It didn't matter if he drank a bit more than "advisable" for, after all, he was going to die soon anyway. Then, to pass his final days, he started working in his small plot of land growing his own vegetables. He also walked everywhere since he left his car in the US. In the daytime he played cards with his friends, danced a little, sang a little, spent time with the children. After many months had passed, he remembered that he was supposed to be dead by this time. After checking in with a local doctor, he was told that he had absolutely no trace of cancer left anywhere in his body. So, was it a special diet and supplements that healed him? Absolutely not. It was rediscovering the simple joys in life. May you find your joy and heal!
@meganmurphy86603 жыл бұрын
@@tanyasydney2235 thank you so much for sharing that story. I wish we were told more like this, although I've loved reading Radical Remission and turn to it when I'm struggling emotionally. I've made many changes to my diet and supplements but it became so strict, that I definitely got stressed about it and so hearing this video and reading what you have shared, has helped so much. Thank you 💕

You are so right-when I had my NDE=UTI went into sepsis - my organs were shutting down- I had no salvia=was skin and bones. When I did come around again, I lived on ice cubes for 7 days straight, day and night. Then my body was craving cereal-fruit loops + milk-haven't eaten this in 40+years, pancakes ( I don't like them-typically ), I listened to my body what it was telling me what to eat. And yes the information about what to eat is so confusing. Thank you for sharing. Stay well.

sweet video:) made me giggle! now THAT'S healthy too. I just watched 6 NDE's this week and it seemed to me that if you are meant to stay...you will. If you are meant to go....you will. Stress lowers your immune system functions. I RELATE. The first thing I did after I watched the video from a week ago was to buy a mint chocolate bar and I enjoyed it. To be fair, it was organic and dark, but delicious. I celebrated my new love myself and love my life lifestyle by stopping the food paranoia.

The book A Course in Miracles says that there are exactly two emotions: fear and love. Everything we do, say, think, perceive--in other words, our world view--arises out of one or the other emotion. Wayne Dyer said (I'm paraphrasing) that hostile people live in a hostile world, and loving people live in a loving world, yet it is the same world! So we operate out of fear or we operate out of love, and the world responds accordingly. It would be so interesting to look at the health and longevity statistics of the members of each of these groups, (assuming that those living from a foundation of fear live in stressful states) to see if in fact their world views affect their well being, and how or in what ways. If anyone is aware of such studies or statistics, please share!
