Thanks for the video, It was very helpful as i am trying to understand the non farm payroll and its purpose on a deeper level, you speak a lot about if the NFP is higher or lower than the "expectation" my question is, is there a committee that sets what the NFP is expected to be for a certain month or is this "expectation" a thought that exists in all the minds of the individuals that follow the NFP and US economy.

NFP refers to the US employment situation, but all countries will announce their employment data at some point each month. You'll find the dates on economic calendars you can find online - they're free. Just search for economic calendar.
