I have a friend who posted about aborting from a very compassionate perspective that is more pro-choice, but not wishing a woman wouldn’t have to resort to it, especially for a health reason-as a woman. By that, I mean she recognized that sometimes a pregnancy fails and the woman’s life can be at stake and it’s isn’t very “pro-life” to not preserve her life. One of her friends is pro-life, zero abortions and a Christian, and at one point she was going to dismiss the conversation we were engaged in because my friend said a comment she thought attacked her character, but I directly wrote a response to her saying our mutual friend didn’t have a bad intention in what she said, and tried to explain what I perceived she was saying in her original response. After that, they wrote endearing things to each other and cleared that air and found middle ground. After that, the other person wrote to me directly and said: “Brandon, I don’t know you. But I like you. If you did not major in diplomacy and peace relations, you should. You are very gifted at it.” It was really touching and affirmation, in a way. Thank you for this video.
