I checked them all!! I have been in so much pain the last few months. The other day I was sitting on my couch in pain. I was asking the universe to help me find a solution for this pain that's holistic. Then the word yoga came into my head! So I got on KZbin and did some research and I found you! I started doing your KZbin videos, within 24 hours my body started to feel better. So far I've done your BEGIN and now I'm on day 2 of your 7 day Kickstart. I'm hooked!!! I see my OBGYN Tuesday to see what's going on inside. I also start with a pelvic floor PT in person and a new counselor in June. Thankyou for what you do!! Its helping me so much just within two weeks. I know I still have a lot of work to do this but now I am determined to follow through. I even had a talk with my body last night and I told her I'm not giving up on her!! I've been sharing your KZbin videos with every woman I know and even my husband who has always had hip and pelvic issues. The mind body connection is so real!! Oh and I ordered your book too!! You have a life long follower in me!!! Anyone who reads this, know that you can feel better and keep loving your body through this, it's going to be ok!! Have a blessed day!!

8/10 for the last 12 years. I've had so many tests and procedures at doctors and hospitals and it came to me yesterday after a massage with a new lady when she said how tight my myofacial tissue is. Google led me down the path to tight pelvic floor and this is 100% me. This is like I've found the Holy Grail at last. You have a new subscriber!!! I feel like crying. I hope I can one day get a full night's sleep.

I'm 21F, and for the past 2 months I'm struggling with feeling like I gotta pee right after peeing, going to void multiple times a day, discomfort in the lower abdomen, and urine pressure doesn't come out in full force. Sometimes I have to press my bladder area and bend for more urine to come out. A few weeks after this started, I started experiencing more constipation and unable to empty my bowels completely. I've had a history of falling on my tailbone multiple times (chair pulling pranks by classmates), also as a student preparing for competitive exams I sit for prolonged times, and I'm improving my bad habits of holding in urine and drinking less water ://

Found out about pelvic floor relaxation after years of testicle pain, ultrasounds, antibiotics, etc. A PT suggested pelvic floor and it basically cured my testicle pain. I'm curious how pelvic floor could contribute to diarrhea? I know tight pelvic floor and psoas muscles can cause constipation, but do you think it could cause diarrhea? Thank you for your videos.

It's vital to understand that pelvic floor dysfunction can affect various aspects of your health, including bowel function. Dysfunctional pelvic floor muscles may contribute to imbalances in the muscles involved in bowel movements, potentially leading to issues like diarrhea. Consulting with healthcare professionals, such as a pelvic floor physical therapist or a gastroenterologist, is crucial for a personalized assessment and tailored guidance. They can provide specific insights into your situation and recommend appropriate strategies to address your symptoms. Remember, everyone's experience is unique, and working closely with healthcare professionals will help ensure you receive the most effective care for your specific needs. ~Vibrant Support

I think that had to be due to being layed up in bed, with covid, then a month later had a staph infection on my knee that had me layed up in bed as well. I get some discomfort in my lower tummy, but that will go away when I lay on my excecersise ball or do some type of yoga thing for my back. I have no pee issue, just constipation, and when I go with the help of exlax, feeling not quite empty. Now small hemmoroids, ugh ugh, which causes tiredness 😩

I've been dealing with this for over year. It took me up till a month or 2 ago know for sure it's pelvic floor. My question is just the last couple months it really started to effect my running and this last month I can't run anymore. It's more due to the constipation it is causing and stiffness in my hips. I feel like I lost all my power if that makes any sense??? My shoulders started hurting when this started happening as well. Will I ever be able to run again? My whole life is built around it. Do you have anything for shoulders as well? My right shoulder I can barely do anything with it and it's starting to affect my chest and neck. Also I didn't realize your not that far from me...not conveniently close but I would drive to your location at least once a month if it was possible 😅

I am also an avid runner and thought that I would never be able to run again. There's also alot of misinformation out there that "running is bad" for this condition. I don't believe in any diagnosis that says you cannot return to the things you love to do; although you will have to temporarily dose back until your pelvic floor can handle the regular stress of impacts. I think that I stopped running for three months initially, and it was mostly due to fear that it helped caused my Pelvic Floor dysfunction and would my symptoms worse. But I found that adding it slowly back into my therapy improved my condition and helps with reducing symptoms. The runner's high is definitely a real things and helps down regulate the sympathetic nervous system. Now I limit my running to three times a week and spend two days with low-impact exercise videos. I follow this site's stretches daily. I did them twice a day for a year and now spend a good 20 minutes every day with a solid stretching routine. I also make it a point to use a trigger roller and roll out all my muscles after each run. This is a necessity if you want to add running back into your life!

The first step is awareness! Perhaps doing some breathwork (breathing into the pelvic floor and learning how to identify and relax the area) might be a good starting place. Try day one of my Kegel Camp! kzbin.info/www/bejne/pqHWenqdo9KgipI

Good lord! I scored a 7 out of 10. I’ve had some of these issues my entire life. My PCP nor my Urologist never brought this up as a possible cause of some of my problems. I hope to get in with a pelvic floor PT in the next couple of weeks.

hello, I had 2 hemmrohids surgery and had problems with that since young age. now I have uncomfortable feeling after bowel movments that lasts hours. I been to several doctors and some said it's a shallow fissure and some said it's inflammation. they just gave me creams and told me to do a sit bath. they said surgery is not an option as the fissure is not deep. for then it's nothing but it does bother me. by the way I am a male. do you think my problem might be due to tight pelvic floor muscles?
