I would be glad to share my experience about deactivation of pan card of our pvt. Ltd. Co., which i had applied for deactivation for more then a year. But it was not canceled, thereafter i watched Mr. Sudesh kumar video and even called him for his guidance & help. Sir my father have given a pan card for correction 10 yrs ago....but we haven't seen that the pan card is not corrected but new pan is generated and dad throw that old pan card. Sir mere pass pehle ek pan card tha joki adhar se link nhi tha uss par kisi same naam baale person ne loan le liya. pata karne par pata chala ki same pan card number use bhi mila hua hai. fir pan department mein meine apna pan card surrender kar diya sath hi uss pan card se jo bhi meine credit card liye the vo bhi band kar diye uske sath hi apna gst number bhi surrender kar diya. uske baad meine naya pan card banba liya pan department ke kehne par aur use adhaar se bhi link kara diya. lekin ab cibil report mein dono pan no. Show kar rahe hai sath hi uske dwara liye hue saare loan show ho rahe hai. jisse cibil score bhi kharab ho raha hai aur hume koi bhi credit card ya loan nahi mil paa raha hai kya kare.

its better to change aadhar linked pan in PF or other account its easy. but if you still wanted to delink and surrender linked pan than you can do. and after surrender and delink pan you can again link with new pan which you gave to employer its time taking process.

Sir, first of all Thank You for taking the pains of replying to all of us. Sir, My AO office that shows in the Income tax website is not complete. When I has send the documents in 2019 they all went undelivered. How shall I find the full address? Secondly, I have submitted the document in the Income tax department of my city for migration and surrender. But they are not helping or giving any information when I visit the office. I am thinking of again making all the documents and either sending through courier if I can get the complete address or else physically go to Delhi for the same. One last thing Sir. Is it mandatory to transfer both pan cards in the city I am in before they can surrender one of them? The 2 pan cards are from Delhi and Bangalore and I have shifted to Dehradun now. Please help

First of I appreciate you for understanding our pain of replying. But we feel more happiness when someone got their work done under our guidance. Anyway As we understood, your process of doing your work is wrong. Make documents as per our video and submit them to concerned pan jurisdiction. It can be a way to transfer pan to jurisdiction of your address but you can send documents to jurisdiction of pan which need to surrender. If still you face difficulties, avail our services of preparing documents. Thanks

Sir, I am in different city from the city where the pan has to be surrendered. If I send the documents through courier I will not be able to receive the cancelation letter. The cancelation letter is mandatory for the demat account to get unfreezed by the broker. Now shall I get it transfered to the city I am in now and then surrender? I had visited the income tax office in my city. One of the govt official said asked me to send the documents to courier and the other one asked to submit the cancelation letter there itself. Totally confused Sir. Please help. My broker says that the deletion letter of pan is mandatory Sir.

1. you send all documents through speed post and after 1 month check on this link eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/pre-login/verifyYourPAN if it shows online as surrendered than no need to cancellation letter. 2. transfer of jurisdiction and courier of documents both the process are right but as per me you should choose surrender process with ao of that difference city. 3. your broker is right. if you satisfied with the reply. subscribe my channel for future updates
