Thanks Very helpful. Could you please do a video about; 'When you fail to listen to your programme manager'? I mean the implications of when stakeholders and teams refuse or willingly go against the expert advice of a programme manager? and how to resolve it if it is even possible. I've seen over the years that one of the most common reasons projects fail are when SRO and other stakeholders interfere with the management of the programme and fail to listen to expert advice on risks, timelines, and lots more. This will be very helpful. please

Sir I need one example ...in a manufacturing company ..
@Onlinepmcourses2 жыл бұрын
One example of what? An example of a program might be to reduce manufacturing costs, with a series of projects looking at raw material supply chain, factory automation, warehousing efficiency, and QA procedures.

@@Onlinepmcourses in car manufacturing company how program works? I need example in this
@Onlinepmcourses2 жыл бұрын
@@balajimohan6864 I've not worked in auto manufacturing. 'How a Program works' is a HUGE question - a whole course-worth of knowledge. I may one day build a program management course. But it's not a question for which the answer will fit into a YT comment!

Please is program management an advisory role?
@Onlinepmcourses2 жыл бұрын
Whilst there are Program Management advisors and consultants (I used to be one), active program management is a managerial and leadership role.

Sir can you please suggest good certification for Program Manager and how many certification required to be done for this
@Onlinepmcourses3 жыл бұрын
Praveen, the two I'd look at straight away are PMI's Program Management Professional (PgMP) and the Axelos Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) certifications. I know more about the MSP and it is excellent (recently overhauled and the feedback I've heard say also improved). But there will be advantages and disadvantages for each that will depend on your needs and experience. PMI does set prerequisites - Axelos does not, for its Foundation tier (you need Foundation to take Practitioner, I think). You must make your own assessment of which is right for you - and there may be other options. Here are the links to help you: - www.pmi.org/certifications/program-management-pgmp - www.axelos.com/certifications/msp-certifications

@@Onlinepmcourses Sir Agile Program manager certification is good and well recognised?? I am planning for that

@@PraveenMangolia If I'm honest, I have never heard of an Agile Program manager certification, so I cannot say anything about it. Add a link if you get a moment.

Good video but I had to watch it in 2x speed. Maybe that's just me.

Maybe - I deliberately pace my videos slow, because a lot of my audience is international and many do not have English as a first language.
