You can't be proud of something you had no part in accomplishing, hence you can't be proud of being a race a gender, etc. Be proud when you get accepted into the varsity soccer team for doing good at the tryouts then you can be proud of being part of that group since you actually did something to earn it

I am proud of just getting out of bed in the morning. I don't need to be accepted by anyone but myself. Now, with the friends that do something they are proud of accomplishing I am proud for them and happy for them. It comes down love.

So racism is pretty much anyone harboring race as a real thing in their heart and mind. Individual identity is the most important thing about anyone you will ever meet and putting anything else before than males you a worse individual.
