Hi, My name is William Nelson, I have been an environmental since 1969 and have discovered many confirmed solutions having to do with environmental problems, mostly dealing with preventing the spread of radiation. I have been to Chernobyl 3 times and have spent time within reactor # 4 and have solved some of their problems such as preventing the escape of Plutonium dust from escaping the Sarcophagus. During my research, I discovered a combustion rocket without a motor, not a solid-fueled rocket. Anyone interested?

Radioactive waste is contained. CO2 is not.

It will sit deep below the ground where it will not do anything as far as we are concerned it is disposed of and it is inert
