It depends on the use cases, there are robust third party llms which are more secure. Sometimes free open source models can also be leveraged..

I have a big doubt sir since am doing a project on symptoms to disease prediction and i have a dataset with 24 unique disease with each disease has 50 symptoms and total of 1200 dataset with using bert i modeled the prediction and after that i aim to use rag or langchain to give precautions or measures and cure for those predicted disease is it possible how can i do this

why all opean source llm is not as accurate as opeanai, i was trying to build rag based bot for a client , if u ask question retrieval process done in fraction of second but we have to pass that content to lln right to curate the answer in proper way right, i tried opean ai it takes around 5 secs to generate whole text but we decided not to go with 3rd party instead we bought ec2 g4xl instance to deploy our own open source llm but other than mistral and llama where thich sucks, even mistral anf llama wasn't so fars tales 6-7 in 16 gb gpu, but my office expectation is to get final response within one or 1.5 secs how to achive that

My answer may be generic, you can try smaller models instead of very large models, more fine tuning and try some light weight API
