Yes. If structure is known but impurity is unspecified then you have to calculate the RRF.

Unspecified impurity means it's not characterized, hence not possible to determine RRF

Unspecified impurities fall into two categories: unspecified known and unspecified unknown. Unspecified known impurities are also character impurities and hence you can calculate the RRF. I hope you now understand the answer.
